  4. IPL - moles. Something to worry about?

IPL - moles
I was using the IPL hair removal device at home and after a few sessions i noticed that i had 2 new moles and the existing one seemed darker and different. After this i stopped using the device. Is this something to worry about? It has been almost a year since i used the device now.
