Ipills work by creating harmonal disturbance,and certainly they have an impact on fertlity ,as they interrupt in normal ovulation, they do not have any effect on sperm motility ,but in order to get pregnant u need a fertile healthy egg ,for any further information or assistance you may get back to us.
