Involuntary urine leakage
I observe involuntary urine leakage in my sleep. This has been happening in on and off mode from past few 2-3 years. Earlier it used to happen as if iam peeing in my dream, only happend in night as bed wetting. From past months its involuntary, even in my awake state i can sense urine leakage. *There is no complete satisfaction of emptyng the bladder after peeing. *The urine stream is thin and weak. *Frequent urine urge at night. * The urine leakage is more frequent with the  rate of masterbation.  *Mild pain in rectum and irritation in anal muscles after masterbation. Sometimes feels like piles in my anus after masterbation.
