Internal weakness
Good day sir/ma, about 4 days ago, I just started having some weakness inside of me, I just feel weak, not that my joints or some part of my joints are aching me, I don't feel ache in any of my joints or bone's in each part of my body, and sometimes I feel so exhausted, and sometimes I feel like I can't hold grip of myself while standing or walking, since when it started I eat more and also engage in kegel exercise to improve my body physically, but after a while, the weakness returns. Right now I'm taking immunal capsule too.

As you have sudden onset weakness (4 days) as you mentioned you need a neurological evaluation too to rule out a few conditions. Apart from that you might have some electrolyte abnormalities. Did you have fever now or recently  ?? I would need a proper history like onset, progression and few other details for further opinion
Next Steps
Visit nearest physician/neurologist
Health Tips
if its really acute don't delay in going to a hospital.
