Internal pain in right leg and left arm.
Does drinking have anything to do with pain in the above parts. Apart from that I had gone for swimming for the first time. Are these any of the reason to get a pain like this? The pain seems to be from the nerves feels like they have deteriorated or something like that.

Drinking is anyways harmful in every way.. This pain is probably because of swimming... It will disappear after few days... Continue with exercises
