Iam suffering from pain around the Anus...there is two lumps nd it's causing pain...yest I went to hospital doctor told me that ur r in 3-4 stage need surgery is it cure with out surgery

Piles cannot be cured without surgery. Medication or non surgical treatment only gives temporary relief from symptoms, but the cause remains and the symptoms will eventually return.
Your best options are stapled surgery or laser surgery.... both are minimally invasive with excellent outcome and minimal pain.
