Internal & external piles
Hello doctors
I have internal and external piles..Though I'm taking stool softener its not helping much.. It pains lot when passing stools.. Is there any thing to reduce the pain?? Please help..

Hello there.
You can take a tablet diclofenac for pain. Additionally you should avoid processed foods, oily and spicy foods, have a cup of buttermilk or curd everyday.
Do sitz bath. In sitz bath you need to sit in a tub of warm water to which a antiseptic like dettol is added.
Consult a surgeon for further assistance.
