Intermenstrual bleeding/spotting
My friend has missed her period in september for first time, consulted doc, took Meprate 5 day course in Oct, TSh result normal, blood sugar result normal, pregnancy was negative, serum prolactin result was 50ng, after week from last dose got periods little heavier than usual, then she made diet and lifestyle changes, healthy eating and rigorous exercise. 10days after last day of period she started getting brownish thick little spotting discharge, next day backache, uterine cramps and reddish strands tissue or speck like, and clear stretchy discharge with blood on 3rd day with little uterine cramps and pain, what is this? What needs to be done? She is worried, please help. Is it due to hormonal changes ?
