You should not stay together from day 12-19 of your cycle if u have got absolutely regular 30 day cycle. Count 29nov as day 1.

Day 11-18th are risky for pregnancy for 28 day
cycle . But this method of contraception is
not very safe as it can fail in 25% cases. Occasionally periods may be delayed.
