Intercourse problem
Me and my are facing problem to have intercourse. We tried multiple times but all is in vain. Her vegina is quite tight and it pains her when I insert into. Tried fingering also but it also pains her. After discussing with one of the doctor who suggested to use xylocaine gel before intercourse.
Please suggest is it good to use this, would there be any side effects ?

Yes it is harmless there is nothing to worry to use this at the same time you should also use lubricants Jelly like k y Jelly or lubic jelly
you both should use it on your penis and outside and little inside of her vagina it will also help you in painless insertion still if you are not able to do that you must consult a lady doctor gynecologist
