Hello, this is called ' Unconsummated marriage' where the penetration couldn't happen even after repeted attempt. Failure leads to lack of motivation, depressed thoughts, impacts productivity and many more consequences. However again just to let you know , many couples goes through this kind of phase and due to stigma, shame they don't visit experts and lead their life under this frustration. It needs detailed discussion with both the partners. So talk to experts without any hesitation, find out cause get treated ultimately consummated. Good luck.
