Inter menstrual period
Been having inter menstrual period; being diagnosed with fibriods. and i have tied my womb 7 years ago but now am thinking of getting pregnant.

First do an ultrasound pelvis with antral follicle count , AMH and LH ,FSH levels..
At your age ivf would be a better option..
But conception will be difficult and also very high risk..as you say you have fibroids too..
