Very suspicious of Addison's disease and not insulinoma with normal c-peptide levels or
'gastric dumping'. Assuming no eating disorder or taking medications like Glimperide etc .
Do the following,
1: blood tests: TSH, Cortisol, Short Synacthen test, GH, IgA-TTG,
LFT, KFT, INR
2. Regular and frequent small meals

40 lbs is very low , it's an life threatening condition , give high calorie and high sugar think to eat and kindly take immediately to near by hospital
40rbs is very low.. its a emergency situation...you need to eat something or take sugar...
Small meals every 2–3 hours
High protein + complex carbohydrates
Avoid fasting
Take medicines for insulinoma
Consult for better and further management
