Insulin resistance
I am getting black mark around the neck and in arm pits. My height is 5'5" and weight is increasing day by day to 83 kgs now. I think I'm suffering from insulin resistance. Please confirm and suggest which tests I can go for verify. Also, any medicine to control insulin resistance in the body. I'm doing regular excercise and eating healthy diet with veggies but till now no improvement. Doctors will list out long list of tests which will cost me very high. Please suggest the right tests which I can go for in this covid situation. My symptoms are below: 1. Fatigue and tiredness all the time 2. Always craving for food 3. Feels like swelling in stomach 4. After doing excerices also weight loss is not happening. Thankyou
