How to decide about which needle size to use for pre filled insulin pens... 4mm, 5mm or 6mm... 31G or 32 G... Im slightly obese and have tummy fat... Kindly advise...

I think start with 4mm and experiment on the others too.
Unless you’re very obese 3 mm is a good starting point.
If not much pain on 3 or 4 mm you can continue the same
Effectiveness won’t be much of a problem
