Insulin dependent diabetes- KFT & Vit D
I am insulin dependent diabetic age 27 years. Diabetes was detected when I was 20. In recent medical test, Phosphorus level is high 5.2 in kidney function test and Vitamin D, 25 hydroxy is very low 27. Please suggest what should be appropriate treatment.

Almost normal just take one vitamin D monthly once thereafter with milk atbed weekly once with water for 8weeks then monthly
