Instant nasal & throat problem in AC
I get instant problem of cold in AC or cold weather. Nasal & throat irritation within minutes followed by soar throut, cough & fever like symptoms but no fever. Also, if effects my voice immediately. Sometimes there is coating of thick saliva type coating on tonsils/throat. It cures in 1-3 days with gargle & preventive care but without medication. Its persisting for the last two years & now has increased. I am on blood pressure & blood thinner medication. Otherwise I am healthy & fit. Plz advise what should I do?

It looks like allergic cold and throat irritation . You can take antihistamine tablet for allergy. Since you are getting recurrently allergy skin prick test is required to find the cause of the problem and treat accordingly. I would suggest a course of antibiotics since you get recurrent throat problem
