Regular routine, regular wake up time, sit in the sun in the morning, keep lights dim at night, avoid white light of mobiles and tv and computer in the late evening, moderate exercise daily.
Use bed only for sleep.
Try Yoga nidra.
Don't try to sleep too hard. If sleep comes good . If it doesn't don't over think about it.
Have a regular routine before bedtime.
Identify problems, write them down so they don't keep going around in your head.
