Insomnia issues
I work in the night shift from 5pm to 2am and usually get in bed by 3.30am. However, I'm unable to sleep and keep turning from side to side. Im aware of my surroundings meaning if someone would call me I would know. By the time, I'm really asleep its almost 6am. And then I sleep and wake up later than my intended time. I usually find that daytime sleeping works best for me however I know this is not good. I'm unable to do any chores and activities in the morning and just have time to get ready and go to work. Please advise. Please note that a couple months back I was diagnosed with an ulcer in the rectal area and accompanying anal fissure and constipation.
