Insomnia issue
I have been suffering the problem for years, not totolly cant sleep, just the sleep quality is terrible. everytime feel like i didnt sleep at all. of coz sometimes i lost it too.

Hello, follow the sleep hygiene techniques can get it from searching internet. Avoid any kind stimulants after 6pm. If still problem persists consider consulting psychiatrist needs to role out other causes of sleep disturbances.

Hello there..... Avoid or limit caffeine and alcohol and don't use nicotine. All of these can make it harder to sleep. Avoid caffeine after lunchtime. Avoiding alcohol can help prevent restless sleep and frequent awakenings.... Stick to a sleep schedule. Keep your bedtime and wake time consistent from day to day, including on weekends. ..
