Insomnia in lockdown
I have been unable to sleep regularly at night continuously more than 4 hours since lockdown started. Also, unable to sleep in afternoon. Please suggest some medication without side effects and without addiction for sound sleep.

Hello sir, Try doing yoga and meditation daily. Take adequate amount of calories at regular meals and take a glass of milk before bed. Don't use mobile or laptops an hour before sleep. Try this first and then we can try medications sir. Thank you.
