Insomnia, High BP and knee cramps
It's been about 10 days that I'm unable to sleep. If at all I fall asleep I wake up in 15-20mins and find it very hard to fall asleep. The last time I checked my BP it was 160/120. Previous to that it was 150/120. My knee got twisted last week and after that I'm feeling a cramped tension on the muscles and nerves in the knee area and finding it hard to walk. Kindly advice

Please see a doctor immediately. You need to start taking antihypertensive medicines as early as possible and the doctor can examine and advise regarding your  knee.
