Insomnia Ativan
Sir, madam I have been suffering from insomnia,anxiety for 6 years. currently using ativan 1.5mg, libirium 10mg, able to sleep 5hrs only. To reduce stress i have been doing walking for 40mins and 15 mins listening to relaxation music, avoiding phone before 30 mins to bed, maintaining the sleep routine, taking 5 almonds at night. I tried Tagara as well ,but that didnt work.Felt no sleep and headache. I am allegic to Chamomile, tried cinanamon milk for 1 month ,but that didnt help much. Other health issues: Urine inconsistency, Gastric, flatulence , ibs.Looking for natural food or supplements to extend the sleep to 6 hours.

Lavender tea is also an option. 8. Take a hot shower bath at end of your day. 9. Keep your bedroom dark and cool, and try to use it only for sleeping. 10. Get into bed only if you are tired.
