Insomnia and anxiety
I have insomnia but still i managed to sleep around 6hrs but then i went to a psychiatrist and he gave me jovail 10mg in the morning and etizolam .5mg at night, since I'm having jovail my insomnia increased even with etizolam I have troubled sleeping.

Sometime jovail 10 can increase little anxiety initially when you start taking it ...but it will decrease in 1st week slowly...that's why your doctor has added etizolam at night. Take medicines around 9am and 9pm....(do not take etizolam late at night...) Let the 2weeks period be completed at least to know exact effects of medicines. If you still feel problem sleeping then consult with your doctor again for change or management of medicine dose.

Try to relax more at night take a shower at night 1hr before bed time Exercise daily Do not sleep in day time Avoid excessive use of  mobile or TV at night

Sir Talk to your psychiatrist, different insomnias have different medication. He will look into this matter and give you medication.
