Insomania, OCD and anxiety
I'm not able to sleep at all for the past 1 week. This keeps happening to me atleast a week in a month and 2 years back I vista a psychiatrist and I was diagnosed with OCD. By practicing meditation and a healthy routine, I overcame it but then, these thoughts started bothering me again. I'm not able to sleep and therefore I look and feel dull.

Hello, there are multiple causes for sleep probs ranging from daily stress to depressive disorder, anxiety disorder etc etc.....if you had been diagnosed earlier with OCD by a psychiatrist then its prudent to visit him again since this very problem of yours needs a detailed assessment. Don't believe in pseudoscience what others may be prescribing you, instead have faith on modern medicine for your proper management. In the meantime practice Yoga, relaxation etc....and do visit a local psychiatrist....
