Bipolar and ocd
I was earlier diagnosed pgi chd doc ocd as i had tics insomania anxiety after 6 months i had a manic episode then diagnosed with bipolar disorder.My question is why there is ambiguty in diagnosis??

It’s not ambiguity. It’s the spectrum of disorders with waxing and waning courses.
