Hello, is there any possible treatment for dark inner thighs. Any cream as such or any other solution to lighten the area. Please suggest

Dont worry as per your history , its frictional dermatitis In long run weight reduction, loose cotton clothes and yes one need to see the pics to know the skin condition and severity and to rule out any infection.
