Inner thigh rashes spreading

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have inner thigh rashes it's looks like spreading wider, I am so concerned. And I can see near my chest small area is affected with same . Please recommend a cream / solution with tablets to cure this. I have my marriage after 3 weeks I don't want to have this anymore . Please help me sir
