Injury with bruises
Hii my husband fell last week on some iron rack, he got some scratches and bruises we did apply soframycirn ointment on bruises and covered with dressing in night time only.and he took antibiotics 5 days but there is no relief and now it's itching and paining and there were not so many bruises on day one,and now after a week there are lot of bruises..is this any infection or something serious skin infection pls guide what to do now ?I m attaching day one injury photos and today's condition photo see them pls and guide me

It is bruises with cellulitis . There are lymph channels everywhere in the body. They too have got infected. I don't know what antibiotics he had taken but  Clavum and Cloxacillin taken orally and local application of Microcontroller ointment (T bact ointment) is indicated. For further details please consult with a General Surgeon in your area. Your husband is not a patient for self medication.
