Injury in feet toes
Yesterday in the evening i fell down from stairs.. my three toes adjacent to thumb is ruptured... it has gone blue red n feeling pain in them... icepack was the first medication i used... next what can wedo plz advise.

You can apply ice its best. But now you can consult a physiotherapist bcoz it may be a any fracture( hairline) or may be muscle or ligament injury. So dont do self treatment .
