Injury during cricket | Feeling painful
Yesterday, Morning I went for Crickets match with Red Vicky tennis ball. when I was batting I forgot to wear L guard..The bowler bowling pace was very high and it stuck to my slight upper of genital part. It is very painful now. I am feeling pain on that injured area when try to bent or twist my leg.
Today morning, I went washroom for urine and the colour was yellow..generally it used to white. I am afraid and it is due to injury happen..
