Sometimes some incidents stay with us most of the times, it can be that the trauma you went through is really deep. To help you it is important to know these- How difficult it is for you to forget things and move on? Or this the the particular situation? Is your memory effected like are you forgetting something?
Try going for morning exercise or gym, some releasing of your energies is required. Write down what you can't forget about the situations, the thought processes which accompany that memory.
Consult a counselor to help you come out of it.
