Injured / overworked QL muscle
I have overworked or injured my QL muscle due to which there's pain in the lower back , hamstrings , hip flexors and glutes. It's been 2-3 weeks of rest and I still have a little pain , which grows whenever I workout. Need a chiropractor who can guide me with the problem.
