Ive injured my knee 3 months ago I just had mri ive a lateral meniscus tear and also my ACL is intact but fibres are bowing ive had physio but no improvement im still in pain and find it hard to do every day things

U need arthroscopy. Ur looking at reasons to avoid it, but from your history looks inevitable

You should repeat your mri if its 3 months old you'll get a better report now.even after 3 months you don't have relief that means you need a surgery for meniscus repair/excision and/or acl reconstruction.delaying surgery in an unstable knee leads to arthritis later in life.
