Inguinal hernia
When my hernia is attacking, it really hurts me, but my mother told me to hang my feet and its really effective, but the fact that my hernia really hurts me alot, does it affect my fertility?

If your hernia gets strangulated it will require immediate surgery. As far as precautions are concerned you may avoid lifting heavy weights. You may even use a belt.
