Inguinal hernia, unequal testicles
I have noticed that my testis are unequal and my right ball is much bigger than the left ball, meanwhile i have an inguinal hernia, is it becoz of hernia why my balls are unequal in size? does is affect my ability to have sibling? btw my testicles wont hurt

Some disparity in size, around 20% difference is normal variant. It won't affect your fertility. However if u have a hernia, confirmed by a Surgeon, get it operated. It will gradually increase in size and may get stuck suddenly leading to severe pain and may need an emergency Surgery.
