Hi you need to see a dermatosurgeon/ dermatologist soon who performs nail surgeries. You'll need to undergo a simple procedure to release the ingrowing nail and treat you with course of medicines. Keeping it for long without treating may cause infection, etc. Let me know if you have any more concerns.
