Ingrown Toe Nail

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I have done 5 times surgery for ingrown toe nail(Right Leg).. When it grows again it penetrates into the side tissue..Even before complete growth of the nail it is happening..I am not wearing shoes for years..Still Problem exist..I am again suffering from the same problem now.. We removed complete Nail in all the surgery.. I had to undergo surgery twice an year. Is there any permanent solution available? 1.If yes, let me know the hospital name in chennai. 2.What will be the approximate cost of that? Please help me out..
