How long has it been since he ingested your serum?
If it is less than two hour then you should take him to the Emergency of a nearby hospital. A stomach wash is indicated.
If it is more than two hour he can be seen by a Paediatrician or a Physician in routine.
If it is more than 12 hours then there is no immediate danger
