Inflammation on glans

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I had reddish glan since January 2020, it didn't gone away after taking different types of medicine and applying creams. My sugar level and blood test is also very normal. I had 2 kidney stones in each side. What should I do to get rid of it and I don't want to get circumcision.
