Inflammation at elbow site
Hello doctors After exercising I am not able to completely straight my left hand and whenever I try to do that there is pain in my elbow tendons or muscles. There is no migration of muscle mass or swelling so I do not suspect bicep tear. I have also attached the photo of my pain site and flexed biceps so that you can diagnose the problem and suggest any treatment. Pain is only when I try to straight my hand or raise my hand completely straight. Thanking you.

There are some expectation like ever you had lift any weight in wrong direction becoz of that the tendon got pull and you are continuing doing that so it doesn't get time to for healing. If your pain is since past few days, do icing at the pain site for at least 10-15 mins twice a day. If ur pain is old, do hot water fomentation. Avoid stretching and weight lifting with affected hand.
