I am uploading a self drawn diagram to explain the problem i am facing.please help.
the diagram represents the condition of my lower jaw(the left portion of the diagram denotes the left portion of my jaw).the problem areas have been marked 1 and 2.

With diagrammatic and your age suggest problem of wisdom tooth.
Just maintain oral hygiene, do brushing,warm salt water gargle.
Consult specialist dentist for definite treatment plan.
If only local irritation, at gum region alone, not very severe,
Locally apply DOLOGEL CT, 5 TIMES/DAY,
clean mouth and use finger/fresh ear bud for applying the gel on gum, keep applied on extracted teeth gum area for 3 mins, not to swallow the saliva, rinse mouth thoroughly after 3 minutes. Not to eat anything for next 20 minutes.
Hold mouthful of warm salt water as long as possible.3-4 times/day.
Dont neglect brushing.

Seems u r having incompletely erupted wisdom teeth on both sides...
Food gets lodged there n cause inflammation (swelling in gums) ...
In such cases operculectomy can b done but we still need clinical evaluation for confirm diagnosis n treatment...
If u are having pain then take
tab Dolokind Aa
Thrice a day
Antibiotics to b given after clinical examination or through tele consultation...
