Inflamed peeling skin on lower lip
Hello, I have this inflamed slightly raised painless area on my lower lip for almost a month now. The patch appear whitish and peels away. The portion is slightly raised than the rest of my lip. Below this there is a tiny lump which I can move with my tongue. I had been present for quite sometime more than a mouth now. The patchy area has a different texture from the rest of my lower lip. I have the habit of drinking extremely hot tea and I smoke cigarettes. Is there any chance this is oral cancer?? Its painless. I also suffer a lot from canker sores. Please help. What should I do.
