Inflamed Ingrown

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I’ve been experiencing inflamed ingrowns on my leg for some time now. It didn’t used to happens before and now almost every hair grows like that. Tried salicylic ointment. Did control for a while with constant peeling but as soon as I’m off it. It recurrs. What is possibly wrong?
