As your surgery has failed, you can do TESA and freeze sperms, which can be used in future for ICSI. It's very disappointing after one IVF failure. But please don't lose hope. The success rate of IVF is only 40-50%. So please don't stop now. You can try next cycle using your own sperms. The result is good in obstructive Azoospermia.
