I have pcod since 2yrs.. my age is 33. all my other reports are normal..lh fsh thyroid prolactin.. my Dr suggest me metital.. I got pregnant but at 7week it came irregular gestation sac and after two months I conceived again but it was chemical pregnancy.. this year from Feb Dr suggested me clomiphene..  she did my follicular study also.. my eggs get fully mature she gave me injection of hcg but it didn't ruptured.. now it's been 3 months IAM not ovulating.. I had tried m2tone syrup.. ovabless myo my reports are normal.. I have a son also he is 7 yrs old.. IAM confuse.. is it due to egg quality.. or what.. please help me doctors.. suggest me something.. please

In PCOS, sometimes the eggs may not me mature or anovulation can occur. If Clomiphene isn’t working and the egg isn’t rupturing then maybe we need to try another drug for ovulation. Changes in diet, exercise and weight loss may help in improving your condition.

Your weight is too much. Loose some weight. If any history of diabetes in family start with metformin and myoinositol after proper consultation . Follow healthy lifestyle and keep trying

Yes, egg quality in pcos is not the best, it could be because of that. Natural ovulation is difficult in pcos. Weight loss, cutting maida and sugar in diet helps. Consult directly for details
