Infertility
I have miscarriage in july 15. I tried to conceive from last two year. I was suffering from genital tb the treatment start from sep 15 & completed 9 month tb treatment in may 16 . I had hsg test in july 16. In report uterus have no abnormality but my left tube is blocked. I saw in a x-ray my uterus is tilted to the left. My dr suggest me two month follicular monitoring and after that diagnostic lab+hystroscopy. I had 4 time follicular monitoring, all are ovulating cycle. 3 time my right overy ovulate and one time left. now my question are: (1) Is tilted uterus cause of infertility? (2) Is two months try sufficient to conceive? or i should try for more cycle? (3) why hysteroscopy necessary for me? (4) is hsg doesn't give information about uterine cavity and tube? (5) What are my chances to become pregnant.

There r good chances of conceiving. Just reduce ur stress levels. U can give urself 3 cycles of ovulation induction and follicular monitoring. If u do not concieve, u can give urself 6 mths of natural conceiving . If still u do not concieve u can go for hysterolap which gives a slight better info than HSG. mainly ur stress levels should come down. And u should avoid papaya pineapple mango and jackfruit and x rays when u want to concieve.
