Infertility. Out how i can conceive.

I have been trying to conceive for past one year. I have polycystic ovaries but my no insulin resistance. My periods are regular (28-30 day cycle)  and I have never missed a period. Yet I have hair fall,acne, brittle nails, chaffing skin of palms 10 days before my next period. The flow is heavy first day , moderate second and third day and scant on 4th day. Sometimes I have mild pelvic pain (comes and goes) . The doctor who did my ultrasound 1 year ago said my cysts are not anything to worry about. She did my amh count which came back as 7.5 that is higher. my left ovary is bulky with cyst over 6.5 cm but doctor said it would go away on its own. I haven't done any tests in the last one year. Please help me figure out how I can conceive.
