Infertility
Hi doctor. My friend age 31 yrs is married for 6 years but haven't concieved yet. She got scan done it shows pcos on left ovary and 2 chocolate cyst on right ovary . Her left fallopian tube is blocked . Thyroid and prolactin levels are normal . Husband is diabetic. Sperm analysis is normal . Kindly advise . What treatment should she get for infertility

Depending on the size of chocolate cyst. If large they need to be removed first. If not she can try one or two cycles of IUI and subsequently on to IVF if it doesn't succeed.

Considering she has endometriosis it's not advisable to be experimenting at this stage. Meet a gynecologist near you and start fertility treatments at the earliest.

As she has Chocolate  cysts  and other  issues, she need to be taken care by an Infertility specialist

She can try ovalution induction with timed intercourse If one tube is open n  Amh levels are in range
