Got married 5 years but no children's and my sperm count also very poor Dr advise me to do TROS scan to find where the infection is Coz I have done culture also that report is normal hormon also normal testosterone also please let me what is the best way to boos my spermcount

Hello.... Without knowing cause you cannot increase sperm count because treatment is only based on the cause of oilgospermia, you have not mentioned your sperm count even 20 million is sufficient , or else go for intrauterine insemination, in there sperm is injected into uterus directly , alcohol ,smoking , medicines, viral infections can affect sperm production.
